The Top 10 funny but possible excuses of the P-Noy Administration with the recent flooding in Metro Manila

Metro Manila was heavily flooded again brought by another Habagat and Typhoon Mario on September 19, 2014. It was like a dejavu for the victims of flood brought about Typhoon Ondoy in 2010 and Habagat in 2012. As we all see, this is happening again and again, year after year, without any concrete plans from the Philippine Government to solve this repetitive scenario

The flood waters in all areas  in Metro Manila have already subsided and definitely the current administration are now thinking on how to escape from getting the blame.

These can be the top ten (10) funny excuses of the P-Noy Government with the recent flooding that hit the Metro:

I dare anyone to take a selfie while swimming in the middle of the flood.

5. The flooding is a smear campaign against this administration. There is no truth to these accusation!

2. Wala pong baha  dulot ng bagyo. Yung ulan is a separate incident caused by monsoon and clouds that we cannot attribute to storm, so under Typhoon Mario there was zero casualty and no flooding to be recorded.

1. Flood is a sign of improving economy.

Funny but somewhat nearly similar to their previous excuses, right?
